We work with you to understand your business model and the market need you are trying to address, to see where we fit in. Together we jointly agree on the terms of partnership. We then combine resources, expertise, and efforts to create a software solution that answers the specific market demand.

Co-operative Partnership

We sit with you and your stakeholders to assess your business model and the market needs. We work together to come up with the terms of engagement, including the responsibilities for each party in the co-operative in bringing the product or service to market and driving its growth.

Co-ownership Model

We would sit with you to understand your business model, and if compatible work out an agreeable partnership model as co-owners with a stake equivalent to the value of the software and an earnings agreement that is aligned considering all factors.

Software as a Service

We work with you to understand your requirements, and then help you choose the best option from our in-house slection of software solutions. This offerring is available for a subscription fee with flexible options for monthly, quarterly or yearly terms. As part of our service, we would take care of the software updates, maintenance and support services.

Customized Development Projects

We work with you to understand the specific requirements for the system, and then develop tailored software solutions to address your operational issues. In this case we charge a one-time fee for the development and implementation of the software and a recurring maintenance and support fee once the system is live.
